Tracy Kenela erned a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology (Marriage & Family Therapy) from Chapman University (2007). She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology & Organizational Behavior from The Evergreen State College (2001), and an Associate Degree in Accounting from South Puget Sound Community College (1991).  She is a  Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State. Because she is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Tracy has a thorough understanding of the physical, psychological and vocational elements of disability and rehabilitation.
Through personal experience and continuing academic studies, Tracy has gained a profound understanding about disordered eating, negative body image and emotional challenges. She also has a keen awareness of how these issues can affect a wide variety of interpersonal relationships.
Tracy developed Lokahi Counseling to share her education, counseling knowledge and experience with people of South Puget Sound who struggle with these issues.
