Stress & Anxiety: Tracy has a keen awareness of how stress and anxiety
can affect your physical and mental health, your work, and your relationships. Resources are available to help
you manage and overcome stress so that you can lead a happier and more fulfilling life.
Job
Burnout: Tracy has studied job burnout extensively, and has published a manuscript on how to prevent and treat
it effectively. There is hope for you to heal from this condition: either by learning to appreciate and value the unique work
you do, or by changing your future career direction.
Depression:
Tracy is sensitive to the detrimental effects that depression can have on your physical and emotional wellbeing.
You can overcome depression by paying attention to your thoughts and feelings, and by developing an individualized
plan of treatment.
